Mussels farm style with leek confit

•  3 pounds of fresh mussels
•  2 tbs of leek confit
•  1 glass of white wine or 1 glass of beer

Préparation : Clean and brush the mussels, put them in a saucepan, medium fire. Do not add water, mussels yield enough water for the broth. Cover the plate. Once opened, add the leek confit to the broth, the wine or the beer. With a spoon, sprinkle the opened mussels with the broth. Serve and taste.
